EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT
Realistically, we have no control over managing time. We DO have control
on how we use our 24 hours each day.
Mike
Frank covers a myriad of aspects on how we can make the best use of
our time. He uses numerous real-life examples and illustrations.
Among the items he covers in this presentation are:
·
The realities of "To do" lists…how to know which items "to do" first
· Organizing your desk, your office, your car
· Effective use of cell phones, voice mail, e-mail and even, opening
snail mail
· Dealing with interruptions
· Realizing the many ways we can waste an hour or two a day and how
to avoid doing so
· Can you start your day an hour earlier each day….or even 1 or 2 days
a week?
· When can you do two things at the same time?
· Using contact management programs effectively, if applicable
· Using field time effectively, if applicable
· Empowering others and delegating
· Remember that "customer service comes before time management" so don't
let time management overrule customer service.
· AND, if you share with Mike your specific organization's time management
problems, he is masterful at bringing them into his program
