Connie Dieken - Travel/Show Details

Travel Requirements:

Connie will make of all her travel arrangements and the client will be billed for them with a separate invoice. 

Air travel: Full Business Coach Fare

Ground Travel:  Mileage and airport parking on home end, taxi/rental car/or pickup at event end.

Hotel:  One, non-smoking room with king bed, billed directly to clients' master account.  The client will be required to provide a hotel confirmation number.

Meals and incidental expenses:  Billed at standard per diem rates for event location.

Audio Visual Requirements:

Although every program and speech is customized, thus different, Connie usually requires the following:

LCD Projector

Screen the appropriate size for the audience

Sound system with a technician during the program and before for sound checks.

Wireless microphone
