Ron Feingold - Travel/Show Details

Travel Requirements:

Expenses: We bill the client only for the least expensive, unrestricted round-trip coach airfare, ground transportation, and moderate meals.

Hotels should be guaranteed for late arrival and billed directly to your organization. Auto mileage is calculated at $.36 per mile.

Ask about a flat-rate, expenses-included option. To keep your costs low as possible, airfare expenses are pro-rated if your event is on the same travel itinerary as other meetings at which Ron Feingold is scheduled.

 

Audio Visual Requirements:

Ron's contract rider for show equipment and personal needs

1. Artist requests purchaser to have bottled water, ice and cups readily available before showtime.

2. Client will provide an industry standard, professional sound system and lighting for the performance. This shall include the following items: -One microphone on a straight stand -Raised stage (minimum 12’ x 8’ and at least 12" in height) -One follow spot or lighting that sufficiently illuminates the performance area, stage and Artist so that the entire audience can see Artist clearly. -One floor monitor unless previously approved by Artist or Agency Representative -One wooden or metal stool on stage -One operator to monitor sound console throughout Artists performance unless previously approved by Artist or Agency Representative. -
Sound System must be able to accommodate at least two channels (one for microphone and the other for the Artists Compact Disc Player) -Musak Ceiling systems are not acceptable unless previously approved by Artist or Bureau Representative.

3. Artist requests: -Audience should be seated as close to the stage as possible -Not to perform while audience is dining -Servers not to walk through audience during show -That all doors and entry ways be closed during performance to limit outside distractions and noise. -

4. Artist requires at least 30 minutes for set-up and sound check at least one hour before audience is seated.

5. Artist requires that no recording (audio/video) will take place during the performance unless otherwise approved by Artist or ASB Representative.

6. Artist reserves the right to sell concessions after the performance to include sale of Compact Discs and T-shirts.

7. Client will assure the security of the Artist during all phases of the Artists appearance on the premises.
