Meagan Johnson - Travel/Show Details

Travel Requirements:

Continental USA - Unrestricted Coach airfare plus travel expenses

All other destinations - first class airfare, an extra hotel room the day before and after the day of presentation and all travel expenses

 

Audio Visual Requirements:

microphone: Meagan requires a hand-held cordless microphone.

Room Set-Up: Your choice and preference. If a riser is used please place the steps on the front of the riser.

House lights on 100%

AV: power point with walk on and walk off music

Merchandise Table: If you have approved the sale of Meagan's books, CDs, DVDs and other items after the event, she will need one (1) table six (6) or eight (8) feet in length to display the merchandise. If there are no products being sold, then a merchandise table is not needed.
