Phil Steffen - Travel/Show Details

Travel Requirements:

Expenses: Phil Steffen only bills the client unrestricted round-trip coach airfare, ground transportation, normal tips and moderate meals. Hotels should be guaranteed for late arrival and put on your organization's master account; Phil pays all hotel-related incidentals. Air travel to Hawaii, Europe, Asia, Pacific Rim and South America is billed at Business Class air fare.

Please provide a wireless, lapel microphone

Phil uses his own laptop computer at every program to generate presentation slides, so he asks for:

• One table for the laptop
• Power source and connections
• An LED projector to connect to the computer
• A screen large enough so people in the back of the room can easily see the slides
