Phil Steffen - Introduction

Our speaker travels over one hundred fifty thousand miles each year delivering keynote addresses, presenting training seminars and providing consulting services to assist his clients in improving their productivity, profitability, sales and service.

He has addressed over 1900 meetings and conventions for organizations such as: IBM; Prudential; McDonald's; Motorola; Holiday Inns; Panasonic; Australian Steel Institute; Canadian Tire; Century 21 of the United Kingdom; General Motors and AT&T.

He achieved recognition as a record-breaking salesman and management executive for three companies. His initial business, Steffen Associates, was founded in 1976. In 1987, he established The Bottom Line Group, an international consulting firm specializing in the design, presentation and implementation of training programs and systems.

Our speaker is one of a few select speakers in the world to have been honored by the National Speakers Association with both the Certified Speaking Professional and the Council of Peers Award for Excellence. He is a member of numerous professional societies and serves as a fund raiser and manager for the kids of the United Soccer Club. He also has served as an administrator for the United States Youth Soccer Association "Olympic Development Program."

In spite of these accomplishments, his two boys are absolutely amazed that people pay "real money" to hear their father speak.
